BVBO is a great fit for many types of businesses and a cost-effective option for solo entrepreneurs, small businesses, and growing teams of 1-10 employees that need reliable administrative and operational support without hiring a full time employee.

Under the Services section of the website lists the tasks that BVBO can help you with. However, this is not an exhaustive list of tasks. If you need help with something you do not see listed, just reach out and we can discuss your needs.

Question 3

How does a monthly package work?

Accepted Answer

After assessing your business needs and budget, we'll work together to determine which package is the right fit for you. Packages are billed in monthly blocks of up to 5 hours, 10 hours, 15 hours, and 20 hours, giving you dedicated time for the administrative support you need. Your monthly hours can be used across a variety of tasks based on your priorities and changing needs. Any unused hours for a month do not roll over to the next month. (for example if your package is for 10 hours and I only used 8 for that month, the remaining 2 will not roll over. You are billed "up to" the hours in your package).

What if I go over hours one month?

If one month has a particularly heavier workload and you exceed the allotted hours in your monthly package, then you will be billed $35 for each additional hour.

Question 5

What happens if I consistently go over hours or I am not using all of the hours in my monthly package?

Accepted Answer

All monthly packages are allowed some flexibility. If you find that you are consistently being billed for hours outside of your current monthly package or not all of hours you are paying for are being used (example: you are in the CORE package and I am consistently using only 4 hours a month), then together we will discuss if your package needs to be adjusted. Business needs change and I am happy to work with you to find the right package that fits the support your business needs.

How does the onboarding process look?

Once your client service agreement is signed, we’ll establish your official start date and begin the onboarding process. The first 30 days are designed to get everything in place, including access to the platforms and software you’ll be using, establishing a workflow, and getting familiar with your business and priorities. This initial period also gives us an opportunity to make sure your monthly package is the right fit. If your needs change or we find that a different level of support would serve you better, we can adjust your package accordingly.

Is there a retainer for monthly packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monthly packages require a 12-month commitment. This allows us to build a consistent working relationship and provide reliable, ongoing support for your business.Your package can be adjusted during the 12-month term as your needs change—the 12-month commitment does not restart if your package is adjusted.

How do we communicate?

Accepted Answer

We’ll establish the communication methods that work best for you and your business. Email will be used for general communication and updates, while phone or virtual meetings can be scheduled when a conversation is easier than an email. Depending on your needs and level of support, we might consider a weekly virtual sync or phone call. Bottom line, we’ll keep communication simple, organized, and tailored to your preferences.

The next step is to schedule a free virtual consultation with me. When you schedule, you’ll receive a short client intake form with questions about your business, current needs, and where you feel you could use the most support. Your responses will help guide our conversation so we can talk through your needs, answer your questions, and determine if BVBO is the right fit for your business. From there, we’ll discuss the next steps together.
